Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred (2+ years).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required.
• Ability to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven drive to achieve results.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability and provide high-level customer service.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with communicating goals to the team to meet sales plans.
• Support performance evaluation in sales, transactions, and loss prevention.
• Lead store staff as needed to maintain operations in the manager's absence.
• Ensure floor set execution and promotional compliance.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Identify customer needs and ensure assortments meet those needs.
• Assist with markdowns and timely transfers of stock.
• Help ensure cleanliness and organization on sales floor and stockroom.
