You will recruit and develop associates, oversee daily activities, ensure compliance, and drive store profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. A quarterly bonus awaits when performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Coach and develop associates through training on operations and merchandising.
