Qualifications

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with laws and regulations, enforcing company policies.
