You will recruit, hire, and develop staff, manage daily sales, and oversee banking, safety, and operations while ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Ability to effectively motivate others and manage a team.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
