Palm Beach Tan in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will supervise staff, hire and develop a team, and ensure store cleanliness, inventory control and compliance with safety and bank requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience, is able to motivate others, stand/walk for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
