Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1 year supervisory experience in retail/customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback; coach, counsel, discipline staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; track work results and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Monitor expenses to achieve financial objectives, including labor and cost of sales.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements to maintain reputation.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating team environment and address customer concerns promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Handle money and banking responsibilities securely.
