Job summary

Palm Beach Tan seeks an experienced Store Manager in Ohio to lead daily operations, develop staff, and drive sales. You will train new hires, interview and develop employees, maintain store standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include analyzing daily sales, managing expenses, ensuring banking, safety and legal compliance, and maintaining a clean, stocked store. Successful candidates will have supervisory experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
