The role includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and a compensation package consisting of base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.

You will drive sales, manage labor, inventory, and compliance while creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Must stand, bend and walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to perform additional duties.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and safety compliance.
• Hire, train, and develop staff and maintain a positive environment.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize performance and meet metrics.
• Manage banking, inventory, labor, and maintenance costs.
