Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in equipment use and procedures.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Computer usage for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication (oral/written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and counseling.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Promote safe, positive image in the community.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and safety training.
• Communicate with staff via periodic meetings and clear channels.
• Organize and maintain site files, reports and posters.
• Analyze daily sales, expenses and margins; safeguard money.
