Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in North Ridgeville, Ohio is seeking a capable Customer Service/Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop teammates, manage inventory and cash controls, and uphold safety and store standards while representing the Circle K brand. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring weekday and weekend availability and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and materials.
• Ability to manage inventory, cash controls, and reports.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and promote service quality and timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Manage and ensure safety procedures and site cleanliness in line with Company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and control margins.
