Job summary

Walgreens is partnering with you to develop the skills required for a Store Manager role across front-end and pharmacy operations. You will learn through an accelerated plan, shadowing the Store Manager and rotating through multiple stores to gain hands-on leadership experience.

You will complete classroom, on-the-job training, and obtain necessary certifications, while building expertise in SOPs, customer service, and performance management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain pharmacy technician registration where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager, supervise shifts, and coordinate store activities.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvements in sales and service.
• Support community events and customer experience initiatives.
