Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a candidate for an accelerated Store Manager development track in Wisconsin. You will learn Walgreens’ operations by leading the store under the Store Manager, covering front-end and pharmacy duties, while completing rotations and certifications.

You will shadow leaders, participate in ongoing development conversations, and work toward readiness for permanent Store Manager assignments. The program emphasizes SOPs, customer service excellence, and operational competencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation of the store (front-end and pharmacy) under the Store Manager.
• Learns and shadows the Store Manager to gain experience across store operations.
• Supports customer experience by resolving issues and coaching staff.
