Job summary

GNC’s Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program develops individuals to manage their own GNC store. You’ll work under supervision to learn operations, sales and leadership, with a fast track to promotion to a Store Manager.

You’ll coach a team, handle daily store duties, and support customers with expert product knowledge. SMITs engage in community events, manage visual standards, and strive to exceed sales goals while upholding GNC values and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Willing to work various shifts, including openings, nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership, coaching and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive for results.
• Lead, coach and develop store team to deliver great service.
• Represent the GNC brand and promote Live Well messaging.
• Assist in store promotion, merchandising and customer engagement.
