Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality, self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily shift management including customer relations, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Maintain shift sales and provide floor coverage.
• Train Sales Associates and supervise POS operations.
• Support safety, loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws for the store operation.
• Shadow manager in day-to-day operations and learn merchandising strategies.
