Qualifications

• Experience supervising in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities for a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, organized and dependable.
• Willingness to cover nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily shift management and merchandising.
• Maintain sales and customer service standards and supervise staff.
• Train Sales Associates and supervise POS operations.
• Support safety, loss prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure store cleanliness.
