Responsibilities

• Assists Store Manager in daily shift management, including customer relations, inventory control, tasks and paperwork, and merchandising.
• Maintains both individual and shift sales; provides daily shift floor coverage.
• Trains Sales Associates and supervises POS; enforces security and loss prevention.
• Supports safety program and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Shadow manager to learn day-to-day operations and take on responsibilities over time.
