Dollar Tree in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn how to run a profitable store, including merchandising, signage, and customer experience. You will recruit, train, and empower associates while upholding company policies and standards.

This role offers hands-on development in operations, team leadership, and loss prevention, with opportunities to grow into a full store leadership position and earn performance bonuses; candidates should bring retail management

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or varied merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and repetitive movements as needed.
