The role emphasizes recruiting and developing associates, maintaining high customer service standards, ensuring compliance, and driving store performance toward maximum profit while safeguarding assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training and coaching.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
