Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Manager to serve as the operational leader of the store, driving execution, accountability, and customer service. You will coach and develop your team, ensure merchandising excellence, and collaborate with leadership to deliver outstanding results across sales and partnerships.

During a hands-on training period with a Field Operations Manager for up to 90 days, you’ll learn Serv-U-Success processes, technology, and expectations before taking on full store

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of management experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort using mobile technology and workforce management systems.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel between store locations as needed.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
