Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a hands-on Store Manager in Dayton to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will set execution standards, manage merchandising, and partner with the Field Operations Manager to drive sales growth while maintaining safety and compliance.

Initial training with a Field Operations Manager lasts up to 90 days, building your leadership skills before you fully run your store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort using mobile technology and workforce management systems.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel between stores.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure outstanding execution.
• Plan daily priorities, delegate work, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain merchandising standards, backroom organization, inventory availability, and store presentation.
• Partner with leadership to resolve issues quickly and build relationships.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Coach employees to build their skills.
