The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program spans 16 weeks and includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop your leadership skills. Supportive team members include your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Perform customer care duties to ensure high service levels.
• Implement merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
