The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program spans 16 weeks and includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences supported by a team of leaders including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
