Position Details

Location: West Coast BU - Region 01 - Market 01: 852 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, Washington 98114

Availability: Full time, Flexible availability

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and work in described conditions.
  • Supervisory skills for equipment, tools, and team management.
  • Proficiency in computer use for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Skills
Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees for excellent customer service.
  • Manage site cleanliness, stock, and organization.
  • Maintain professional image and schedule staff to optimize service.
Site Relationships
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Address customer complaints professionally.
Training and Development
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Train employees on customer service, safety, and site standards.
Communication
  • Ensure timely communication with staff.
  • Hold regular meetings with staff and management.
Organizing and Planning
  • Develop action plans to meet site goals.
  • Maintain site files and reports.
Financial
  • Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
  • Manage budgets, merchandise margins, and cash handling.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks.
  • Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
  • Work independently and demonstrate leadership.
