The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is designed to develop you into a future CVS Store Manager. This 16-week, self-paced program combines virtual and hands-on learning, supported by your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Promotion to Store Manager is not guaranteed and depends on performance and available openings.
