A day in the life of a Store Manager in Training:

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collection activities, follow-up on accounts requiring intervention, approve customer commitments, ensure compliance with procedures for collections.
• Leadership: Manage store resources to meet profit goals, ensure policy compliance, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling, security, and resolve issues swiftly.
• Coworker Management: Train and develop staff, organize daily activities, recruit and hire, maximize retention, and ensure excellent customer service.

What are the minimum requirements?

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training
• Proficiency in store operation applications
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
