The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role manages the store during the Manager’s absence and leads team members in servicing customers.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Lead team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
2. Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensuring execution of customer service programs.
3. Assist in staffing during peak hours and setting team goals.
4. Participate in hiring, training, and coaching team members.
5. Ensure timely processing of orders, returns, exchanges, and merchandise invoicing.
6. Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, including work schedules and clocking in/out.
8. Perform store opening/closing duties, including securing the premises and preparing deposits.
9. Maintain store facilities and equipment.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities:

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional, ASE Certification, bilingual in Spanish preferred.
