Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of retail management experience; thrift experience is a plus. Motivated, confident, reliable, detail-oriented individuals who work well under pressure will excel in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct all supervisors and team members in accordance with policies and laws.
• Prioritize excellent customer service and represent the store within the community.
• Ensure proper completion and retention of company records.
• Maintain standards across all departments and ensure OSHA, EEOC, and DOT compliance.
• Manage a team of 30-40 people.
• Oversee financial assets and meet sales and expense budgets.
• Address performance issues promptly and respectfully, focusing on solutions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in thrift retail.
• Business ownership mindset in retail.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask independently.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels.
