Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn and develop the skills of a Store Manager. You will focus on delivering Legendary Customer Experience, building a strong team, driving sales, and managing inventory and profitability.

Ideal candidates have retail and supervisory experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred in Agricultural-Science or Business), and a valid driver’s license. This on-site position supports growth into leadership roles within the store network.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Driver’s license required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Agriculture or Business.

Responsibilities

• Help recruit, hire, train, and retain store team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and drive sales through team performance.
• Coordinate store operations including scheduling, inventory, and merchandising.
• Learn budget, forecasting, and payroll analyses with district guidance.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and community.
