Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Manager Trainee to learn the duties of the Store Manager position and develop the skills required for a Store Manager role. You will focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience, building the team, driving sales, and managing inventory and profits.

As you progress, you’ll schedule daily activities, communicate policies, promote a positive work environment, and work with district and regional leaders to resolve issues and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining team members.
