Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager in Longmont, CO to lead daily operations and drive sales. The role starts with a mandatory 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and a focus on elevating customer service and team development.

You will interview, hire, and coach store staff, analyze daily sales, manage labor, inventory and maintenance, and ensure compliance with banking, safety and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
