CVS Health is seeking candidates for their Store Manager In Training Program, a 16-week development role designed to prepare you for a Store Manager position. This program includes hands-on learning experiences, leadership skill development, and support from management. The role requires effective communication, customer service skills, and a willingness to engage with colleagues to promote better health.

The SMIT role is a development-focused position designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program spans 16 weeks and includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop your leadership skills. Support for your growth includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Note: Selection does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager; promotion depends on performance and openings.
Weekly Hours: 45
Time Type: Full time
Pay Range: $18.50 - $28.67 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
