The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training program, including virtual and hands-on experiences. Your development will be supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Note: Selection for the SMIT role does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager. Promotion depends on performance and available openings.
