Job summary

City Thrift in Jacksonville is seeking a proven retail leader to join a growth-focused team with a strong mission. You’ll pursue a fast-track to Store Manager, gaining full exposure to store operations in a role with weekday hours and rotating Saturdays, joining a growing company.

You will own sales, payroll, production, and team performance; lead and coach a 30–40 employee team; drive execution in a high-volume environment; and build the skills to run your own store.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in thrift or off-price
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong ownership mindset—you want to run your own store
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, high-volume environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
