The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training, including virtual and hands-on learning experiences. Support for your development includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Note: Selection for the SMIT position does not guarantee promotion; promotion depends on performance and available openings.
