Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Pennsylvania is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead daily store operations and drive sales growth. You will set goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue performance.

You will also manage accounts receivable, train coworkers, and protect company assets through cost control and inventory management. A valid driver's license and RAC's training program completion are required for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee store sales activities.
• Approve rental agreements and monitor revenue and growth performance.
