Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities in described conditions.
  • Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
  • Computer skills or ability to acquire them, including report analysis, inventory control, cash control, and notices.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
  • Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, And Skills
Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage and assign tasks for site cleanliness, stock, and organization.
  • Maintain professionalism among staff and supervisors.
  • Schedule staff to optimize service and site image.
  • Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and terminating staff.
Site Relationships
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Promote a safe, positive community image.
Training and Development
  • Provide timely performance feedback through written appraisals.
  • Train staff to meet company standards for service, image, and safety.
  • Promote safety awareness among employees.
Communication
  • Ensure effective communication with staff.
  • Hold regular meetings with staff and management.
Organizing and Planning
  • Develop action plans to meet site goals.
  • Maintain all site documentation and reports.
  • Oversee stock display, pricing, and staffing documentation.
Financial
  • Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and merchandise margins.
  • Handle financial transactions securely.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning and maintenance.
  • Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
  • Work independently and as a leader.
