Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities in described conditions.
- Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment, tools, and materials.
- Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
- Computer skills or ability to acquire them, including report analysis, inventory control, cash control, and notices.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
- Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, And Skills
Leadership and Management
- Recruit, hire, and train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage and assign tasks for site cleanliness, stock, and organization.
- Maintain professionalism among staff and supervisors.
- Schedule staff to optimize service and site image.
- Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and terminating staff.
Site Relationships
- Build positive relationships with suppliers.
- Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Promote a safe, positive community image.
Training and Development
- Provide timely performance feedback through written appraisals.
- Train staff to meet company standards for service, image, and safety.
- Promote safety awareness among employees.
Communication
- Ensure effective communication with staff.
- Hold regular meetings with staff and management.
Organizing and Planning
- Develop action plans to meet site goals.
- Maintain all site documentation and reports.
- Oversee stock display, pricing, and staffing documentation.
Financial
- Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and merchandise margins.
- Handle financial transactions securely.
Working Conditions
- Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning and maintenance.
- Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
- Work independently and as a leader.
