A day in the life of a Store Manager in Training:

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth
• Account Management: Oversee collection activities, follow-up on accounts, approve customer commitments, ensure compliance with procedures
• Leadership: Manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling, security, and resolve issues
• Coworker Management: Train and develop coworkers, schedule activities, recruit and hire, maximize retention, manage and train for customer service

What are the minimum requirements?

• 3-5 years retail/management experience
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program
• Proficiency in store operation applications
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (company vehicles will be driven)
