The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.
The SMIT program aims to enhance your career as a future store leader through a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, including virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
Our team supporting your growth includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

Time Type: Full time
Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.88 per hour
