The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is a development role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It involves a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences, supported by a team including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Minimum Requirements

• Retail management or CVS supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept a promotion to a Store Manager role at any location within the market.
• Ability to transfer within the market and work flexible schedules.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 45

Time Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.50 - $26.25 per hour
