The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is a development role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It involves a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences, supported by a team including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
