Salary: $19.00 per hour

The Store Manager in Training (MIT) will undergo comprehensive training to develop skills in managing store operations within a convenience store environment. This role offers growth opportunities and career advancement in retail management. The MIT will work closely with the Store Manager to gain hands-on experience in managing staff, inventory, customer service, and store operations, with the goal of progressing to a Store Manager role.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, squat, climb ladders, and work in cold environments. Capable of handling cash and repetitive tasks. Must be able to work alone and handle emergency situations.
