Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related supervisory, leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience in Small Business and Consumer lending preferred.
• Knowledge of bank product lines and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides people management leadership by hiring talent, setting goals, developing staff and handling performance actions.
• Manages a medium-sized store and team per US TD Bank store criteria.
• Oversees complex stores and grows talent to achieve business results.
• Accountable for achieving store and individual performance metrics.
• Leads customer relationship development and referrals through coaching.
• Ensures risk management, regulatory compliance and proper procedures.
• Recruits for all hires to ensure a diverse, qualified workforce.
