Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all facets of store operations and drive sales performance while delivering outstanding guest service. You will lead a team across multiple locations, ensure store standards, and execute promotions and initiatives with integrity.

The role requires proven retail management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for business/marketing related degrees and knowledge

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service; greet guests and promote promotions.
• Operate POS and process purchases/returns; ensure accurate transactions.
• Schedule staff, supervise shifts, and manage workload.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop store associates.
• Protect company assets through inventory control and loss prevention.
