Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs.
• Promote sales initiatives and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash with care.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates; ensure onboarding and compliance training.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll/time-off in accordance with policy.
• Lead store team to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
