Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Thousand Oaks seeks a Store Manager to drive sales, service quality and staff development. You will coach teammates, merchandise offerings, and manage promotions while controlling payroll and budgets.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving and inventory oversight in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead scheduling, training, and customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales management.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and drive store sales & promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty for teammates, customers and the company.
• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and relevant financial information current.
• Manage, schedule and assign staff according to their skill level.
• Attend paid training and follow up with customers for feedback.
