A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success and promotion

The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts and weekends, with a focus on developing employees and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
