Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate or travel up to 50 miles from home if needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including staff management and customer service.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support leadership training program for successful onboarding.
