• Manage store sales and profitability
• Recruit and select new employees
• Coach and develop Store Manager and Assistant Managers
• Prepare rosters aligned to budgeted labor hours
• Ensure compliance with Subway training requirements
• Oversee cash handling, invoicing and daily banking
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
• Provide high level customer service and handle complaints
• Monitor stock levels and conduct weekly inventory
• Develop and monitor Local Store Marketing initiatives
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed
• Conduct quarterly employee appraisals and mentoring
