Job summary

StorageMart in Missouri is seeking a Store Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales, and maintain the facility for a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and willingness to work outdoors with travel between stores.

Experience in retail and some administrative tasks is a plus; training is provided. Mileage reimbursement is offered for travel between locations and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and administrative experience is a plus (training provided).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills; valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to enhance growth and maximize sales.
