Job summary

La Lomita, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, supervision, scheduling, and training in a fast-paced retail environment in Illinois. The role focuses on profitability, policy compliance, and guest-focused service within the store.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, develop staff, and maintain high store standards while executing marketing plans and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the retail or food space, with 2 years in management.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through execution of management plans, marketing strategies, and company processes to increase gross profit.
• Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; plan, monitor and appraise results.
• Provide orientation, training, and ongoing development for all team members.
• Organize store for promotions, displays and events.
• Work with vendors for marketing displays and manage vendor deliveries.
• Control labor costs, inventory, cash and expenses within budget to maximize profitability.
• Report incidents or accidents following company procedure.
• Communicate impactfully to influence performance.
