Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License; MVR must meet company requirements.
• ASE parts certification preferred.
• Experience in heavy parts and service a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to operate TAMS POS system.
• Ability to process cash, check, and card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive store growth and profitability through strategic planning and initiatives.
• Lead a store team to deliver top customer service and results.
• Protect inventory and assets; ensure safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with district manager on budgets and action plans.
• Develop new and existing customer relationships.
